  1. Why is my account locked?

    Please send an e-mail to or call frendo at 1 (860) 264-1955. A customer service representative will be able to edit your account and will resend the login information.

  2. I entered the wrong e-mail address, or I did not receive the login e-mail information?

  3. Can I change my email?

    Yes, you can change your account email address here.

  4. I forgot my username.

    Your username should be the email address you registered with. If you forgot what you used, please send an e-mail to support@frendo.com or call frendo 1 (860) 264-1955. Using your contact information, frendo may be able to automatically provide you with your username, but for security reasons we may have to instead reset your account.

  5. It won't accept my new password.

    Your password must be at least 6 characters and must not contain spaces. Your New Password has to match the Confirm Password field. If this does not resolve the issue please call frendo 1 (860) 264-1955.

  6. I am unable to login.

    Make sure that all the information required is typed in correctly. Make sure that your internet security settings has cookies enabled. To change the settings go to Tools, then Internet Options, and set the privacy to medium. You can return your settings after you are done with the frendo site. If you forgot your password, click here. If you are still having problems please contact support@frendo.com or call us at 1 (860) 264-1955.

  7. How do I know if a donation went through?

    To check on the status of a donation, login to your account and go to the Donation History. Your latest donation will be at the top. Look under the status column to view where your transaction is in the process. i. Submitted – it in the frendo system ii. Pending – it is currently in the banking system iii. Settled - the transfer is complete iv. Return – there has been a problem with the transaction (please contact a Bank Service Representative (BSR)) If the transaction is still not able to be viewed please contact frendo at support@frendo.com or call us at 1 (860) 264-1955.

  8. How do I close the account?

    To close an account you must contact frendo. Please send an e-mail to support@frendo.com.

  9. What currency is used?

    All currency is in USD.

  10. Is there a way to stop the donation?

    Once the transaction is submitted it will be withdrawn from your account. If you need to have a transaction cancelled, please contact frendo Customer service by sending an e-mail to support@frendo.com or call us at 1 (860) 264-1955.

  11. I donated the wrong amount- what should I do?

    Please send an e-mail to support@frendo.com or call frendo at 1 (860) 264-1955 to be forwarded to a frendo Representative.

  12. What is the easiest way to make a donation?

    First, make sure that you are logged in. If you are not logged in, or have not yet registered, do so here. Once logged in, click the “GIVE NOW” button. The easiest way to donate is to contribute to an already set-up fundraiser. If you would like to donate directly to a charity, add the charity you would like to donate to by either editing “Charities I Like” from your profile page, or clicking any “GIVE NOW” button and then clicking on “Setup your charity now” in the right-hand menu. Add your charity from the drop down menu (if you cannot find your charity in the menu, either contact your charity and ask them to set up a frendo account, or contact us at 1 (860) 264-1955. If you do not have a funding source, please add your bank account here. (For more information, see “How do I set up a funding source?”)

  13. How do I set up a funding source?

    Go here, or go to edit your account by clicking on your name at the top right hand corner of your screen (you will have to be logged in first), and then click on “Funding Sources” in the lefthand menu. Click “Add Bank Account” or "Add Credit Card" and fill in the required fields. If you need addititional assistance, or if there is a problem processing your banking information, e-mail us at support@frendo.com or call frendo at 1 (860) 264-1955.

  14. What is a Fundraising Page? How do I create one?

If you're new to frendo, sign up now as a fundraiser to create your fundraiser page. Or if you're already registered, click here to create your page now. After you complete the form, you’re ready to go, and you can get the message out over facebook, twitter, google+, and e-mail.
